Reporting to the Vice President of Recreational Sales, this role will have full accountability for the sustainable growth of Valens brands within the province of Ontario across the National and Regional Key Account landscape. We are looking for a proven sales leader who’s inspired by the prospect of working for a global pioneer in the cannabis industry yet also demonstrates the agility to be successful in a market still in its infancy. As Regional Sales Manager (Eastern Canada), you will take on three key pillars of responsibility. Firstly, you will be wholly accountable for delivering the regional target package which includes net revenue, volume, market share and distribution. Secondly, you will be leading a team of Key Account Managers who's responsibility will be for a specific list of KAs. As the direct manager of the Key Account team, you will be responsible for delivering monthly coaching plans with the objective of developing a diverse and effective team known for top tier customer service and sales execution. Lastly, you will have a select number of priority key accounts that you will manage directly. You will be expected to develop meaningful relationships, create customized sales solutions and build execution plans that will allow for mutual growth.
