Sales Coordinator

Reporting to the Director of LP and Provincial Sales, the Sales Coordinator will be responsible for assisting sales functions through coordination, process maintenance and creation of new systems for efficiency. The sales coordinator will work closely with the provinces and LP partners to support sales functions and customer success. They will assist in the coordination and communication of all sales objectives while working cross-functionally with supporting teams.

DUTIES:

  • Help to track, map and manage sales projects tasked by Director of Sales
  • Support provincial and commercialization teams to create submission materials and source information
  • Coordinate cross-functionally to support sales objectives in B2B, provincial and international
  • Project manage customer calls to ensure deliverables are met and tracked
  • Coordinate sales materials and assets to support provinces
  • Organize and manage internal communication systems (OneDrive, Teams and Sharepoint) to increase overall organization of processes and communication
  • Attend meetings and calls to track deliverables, then work with various teams to coordinate those deliverables
  • All other duties assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1+ years of relevant sales experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or relevant field an asset
  • Cannabis knowledge and experience in a manufacturing/CPG environment an asset
  • Self starter with the ability to work independently
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Dependable, reliable, responsible
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to complete a satisfactory criminal record check
