Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst performs financial planning and analysis to forecast and analyze the Company’s financial and operational metrics.

Duties:

• Perform forecasting for both financial and operational metrics
• Analyze results for financial and operational metrics to provide identify trends and recommend improvements
• Create financial models for business planning and decision support
• Conduct comparables analysis and market research to support internal financial analysis
• Coordinate the preparation of annual budgets
• Assist in the Capital Expenditure planning and reporting process
• Work closely with the Accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Assist with preparation of quarterly board packages
• Evaluate financial performance and adjust financial models based on actual results
• Creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, models, tools, and dashboards

Qualifications:

• 3+ years’ financial analysis or other relevant experience
• MBA, Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting/Commerce or equivalent
• Previous experience in public company environment is preferred
• High proficiency in financial modeling and advanced MS Excel knowledge
• Strong analytical and data-gathering skills
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects and prioritize deliverables
• Detail oriented and proven driver of change and continuous improvement
• Excellent verbal/written communications and presentation skills
• Demonstrated capability as a team player with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Able to successfully obtain clear criminal record check
