The ERP Business Analyst drives the adoption, development and maintenance of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) program. To succeed in this role, you have the patience to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and thrive in a changing and fast paced environment. Your ultimate goal is to make the ERP better – increase usability for end users and provide management the information needed to run the business smoothly and efficiently.


  • Assist users in all aspects of ERP system use. Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems
  • Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to usability, security, performance and data quality issues
  • Interact with functional leaders and users to clarify business needs, develop use cases, document requirements, design specifications and testing scenarios
  • Research and implement enhancements, complete system configuration, workflows, data loading, testing and deployment
  • Collaborate on the ERP integration with other enterprise systems and processes
  • Evaluate training needs, develop user guides and provide ERP training to all users
  • Create and maintain documentation for all aspects of the system
  • Other project work, as assigned by management


  • Bachelors’ or higher degree in Management of Information Systems, Logistics, Supply Chain or related, plus a minimum of 4 years’ recent experience in a similar role
  • General knowledge of ERP/MRP applications and how they work for functional areas such as Procurement, Logistics, Order Management, Production, Finance
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft cloud technologies: Azure AD, O365, SharePoint, Teams
  • Experience with business analysis in an enterprise environment, including requirements gathering, UAT, software implementation, project management methodology, change management and version control
  • Ability to analyze business problems by looking at both process and technology
  • Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
  • Clear communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to deal with multiple tasks, prioritize, change quickly and work under pressure
  • Curiosity, enthusiasm and a passion for technology
  • Clean criminal record check
